At Beybey Farms, we’re building a clean food ecosystem — from farm to doorstep.
Now, we’re looking for someone who can own the customer experience + store operations end-to-end.
This is not a desk job. This is ownership.
What you’ll handle:
• Managing day-to-day store operations
• Ensuring a premium in-store customer experience
• Handling walk-ins, queries, and repeat customers
• Coordinating with delivery and inventory teams
• Maintaining product display, quality checks, and store hygiene
• Driving sales at the store level
What we’re looking for:
• Someone sharp, reliable, and hands-on
• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Ability to manage people, pressure, and processes
• Prior experience in retail / F&B / customer-facing roles is a plus
• Someone who takes pride in doing things well
