Job Title: Customer Specialist
Location: Kuwait

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build customer relationships while achieving sales targets. The Salesperson will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, promoting products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers effectively.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are organized, clean, and fully stocked.
Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or replenishment needs to the supervisor.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards within the sales area.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, pricing changes, and company offerings.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates to management.
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams regarding stock availability and customer orders.
Assist in stock receiving, labeling, and merchandising activities when required.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience in retail sales.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is an advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Fluency in English language
