Role: Customer Support Associate
Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support + Technical Support, mainly through chats, emails, and calls.
- Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
- Good written communication skills in English
- Technical Support experience will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries mainly through Chat, emails & voice calls to support for Wi-Fi-related queries, LAN, WAN, troubleshooting, Routers, Smart Boards, Ticketing System, Help Desk, Network Troubleshooting, modems
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
