🚀 We’re Hiring: Team Leader for Customer Support International Voice Role.
Looking for a dynamic Team Leader who can drive performance, build strong teams, and ensure operational excellence.
Minimum Years of Experience is 4+ Years.
Looking for candidates based out in Bangalore.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members to achieve business goals
• Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high-quality standards across channels
• Handle day-to-day operations, escalations, and performance tracking
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Experience in handling 24/7 operations with rotational shifts
• Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow (preferred)
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma / process improvement (added advantage)
