Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced Team Leaders for an International voice & semi voice process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong team handling skills, experience managing KPIs, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Work Location: Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift & Rotational Off
Transport: 2 Way Cabs provided
Salary: 6 - 6.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of customer support associates
* Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are achieved
* Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
* Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
* Maintain process compliance and quality standards
* Motivate and mentor team members to improve productivity and engagement
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and operations teams
Eligibility Criteria
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Experience handling team performance, escalations, and client metrics
* Comfortable working in rotational shifts
* Strong knowledge of KPI management, SLA, CSAT, Quality & Productivity metrics
Preferred Skills
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
