Role Description

- Proficiency in Technical Support and resolving customer issues effectively
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
