Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email in a timely manner
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure quick resolution
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain high service standards
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle escalations and difficult situations calmly
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer support is preferred
