Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Customer Service Support Manager. The individual will oversee a team providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in India and Abroad , address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, implementing service improvements, and maintaining coordination with internal departments to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure excellent client interactions
- Analytical Skills to assess feedback, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions
- Technical Support expertise to address detailed product or service-related queries effectively
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in customer service management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields is a plus
