As part of job creation, you will be based at our Bengaluru factory and will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Your Essential Duties And Responsabilities Will Be
- Domestic and International logistics Management :
You will be responsible for managing all shipments within India and across borders, ensuring that logistics processes comply with regulations and monitoring their progress.
You will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of spare parts required for repairs.
- Transparent Communication:
You will ensure smooth and transparent communication both internally and externally, providing regular updates on the status of complaints and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Customer Complaint Management:
You will be responsible for handling customer information and proactively monitoring complaints to ensure efficient and prompt resolution of issues.
- Warranty Service Follow-up:
You will closely monitor field service interventions carried out by our Area Service Technicians to ensure compliance with warranty terms and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Profil Recherché
What we are looking for :
You have successful experience inan international logistics company, and you have preferably worked in an environment related to the design and production of mechanical equipment (construction machinery, agricultural equipment, etc.).
You demonstrate a strong sense of organization, excellent customer service and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential for this position.
Experience with ERP would also be a strong asset for this role.
We will support you by providing training on our products and tools.
