Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers via chat and voice calls with a friendly and empathetic approach

- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining brand tone and quality
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems

- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns
