About GutvanaGutvana is a nutrition-focused cloud kitchen dedicated to delivering healthy, gut-friendly meals directly to customers. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to help customers understand our meal subscriptions and support them throughout their journey with us.
Roles & Responsibilities● Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media
● Explain Gutvana meal plans, subscriptions, and delivery process clearly
● Help customers enrol and complete subscriptions
● Follow up with interested leads and convert them into customers
● Resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner
● Coordinate with operations and delivery teams for smooth customer experience
● Maintain customer records and daily follow-up updates
● Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
Requirements● Good communication skills in English & Tamil
● Friendly and customer-centric attitude
● Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
● Ability to convince and guide customers professionally
● Prior customer support / telecalling experience is an added advantage
