Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Specialist will engage with clients to provide exceptional service, support, and advice regarding loan products. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, assisting with the loan process, resolving client concerns, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication via phone and other channels. The specialist will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Excellent abilities in building Customer Satisfaction and resolving client concerns
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective client communication
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience in finance, mortgage solutions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
