🔹 Position: Customer Service & Operations
🔹 Experience Required: 5–6 Years
🔹 Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics
🔹 Location: Mumbai
We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in both Sea & Air Freight operations along with strong customer service coordination skills.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Handling Sea Export & Import Operations
• Managing Air Freight Shipments
• Customer coordination and shipment updates
• Documentation and operational follow-ups
• Coordination with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• End-to-end shipment handling and execution
🔹 Preferred Skills:
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Knowledge of freight forwarding operational processes
• Problem-solving and customer-focused approach
