At The House of Rare, we believe customer happiness isn’t just support, it’s an experience. We’re expanding our Customer Experience & Delight Team and looking for passionate individuals who love to go the extra mile for customers.

What you’ll do:
• Interact with customers across channels (calls, chat, email, social) to resolve queries with empathy and efficiency.
• Ensure seamless experiences by addressing concerns promptly and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide quick solutions and long-term improvements.
• Spot opportunities to surprise and delight customers, turning issues into positive stories.
• Act as a Virtual Sales Assistant by engaging with prospective customers, assisting them in placing orders, recommending products, and helping convert conversations into successful sales.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Problem-solving mindset with patience and positivity.
• Prior experience in customer support/experience is a plus, but fresh talent with the right attitude is welcome.
• Comfortable using CRM/dialer tools (training will be provided).
