🚀 We’re Hiring Customer Service Executive (Work From Home | Surat Preferred)
Sleepaxa is looking for a fluent English-speaking Customer Service Expert to handle customer conversations, understand requirements, and help convert high-intent leads.
Role Responsibilities
• Respond to customer queries via chat (AiSensy WhatsApp API)
• Call customers and understand their requirements
• Follow up on abandoned carts and high-intent leads
• Convert conversations into sales
• Connect customers directly with our team when needed
• Provide accurate product guidance and resolve queries
Requirements
• Fluent English speaking is mandatory
• Strong communication & customer handling skills
• Laptop + smartphone required
• Comfortable with WhatsApp chat handling & calling
• Sales-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
Work Details
📍 Location: Surat (Work From Home)
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🏠 Remote: Yes (WFH allowed)
