Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team on-site at our Chennai office. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing inquiries and concerns
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in an on-site, collaborative team environment
- Proficient in problem-solving and handling challenging situations with professionalism
- Previous experience in the customer service domain is an asset
- Proficiency in relevant customer service tools or software is a plus
