Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the review and follow‑up resolution of after‑sales service case in India.
- Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of after‑sales service stations in India, and for improving their service capabilities.
- Responsible for reducing the after‑sales cost ratio and the number of DOA cases.
- Responsible for monthly spare parts inventory, ordering, and sales.
- Responsible for monthly customer follow‑ups and satisfaction surveys.
- Responsible for collecting and feedback information of service suppliers, coordinate and handle product quality accidents, and maintain a good relationship.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Science or Engineering majors are preferred.
- Fluent spoken English, able to use English as a working language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; detail-oriented and responsible.
- Good learning ability, communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
