Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Lucknow. The Customer Service Specialist will engage with clients to resolve their inquiries, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and provide a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer requests via phone, maintaining professionalism, and upholding high standards of phone etiquette. The role also focuses on fostering positive relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service role is advantageous
- Proficiency in languages relevant to customer communication is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is beneficial
