Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support via phone, email, or other communication channels. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate customer records, assisting with order tracking, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and maintaining professional communication standards
- Experience in managing and enhancing overall Customer Experience
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or retail sector, is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data entry processes is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer support fields are advantageous
