Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining excellent phone etiquette, and managing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive relationship with clients. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering solutions, contributing to an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
- Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally and empathetically
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field would be advantageous
