We're Hiring: Customer Service Specialist (B2B - US Market)
Join our growing team as a Customer Service Specialist and provide exceptional support to our B2B US clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension (Onsite)
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Market Hours)
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B customer support
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a proactive, positive attitude
