Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The primary responsibilities include offering exceptional customer support, managing inquiries through various channels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will consistently provide high-quality service, address customer concerns promptly, and maintain effective communication with clients. The role also involves managing customer experiences and interactions to build and uphold positive relationships.

You will play an important role in maintaining trust and satisfaction with our customers while helping improve internal support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional customer support across multiple channels (email, chat, and calls)
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Follow professional meeting etiquette and communication standards
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve customer processes
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Excellent communication, documentation, and meeting etiquette
- Strong problem-solving, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in customer service, HR, or related fields are a plus)
- Fluent verbal and written English
