Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve concerns, ensure an exceptional customer experience, and maintain satisfaction levels using professional communication skills. Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer calls and emails, mastering phone etiquette, and handling customer complaints with empathy and diligence.

- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Customer Experience and improving client retention
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage challenging client interactions effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communication, or a related field
