We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer. Please find below the brief Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Provide accurate information on loan details, repayment schedules, interest rates, and foreclosure
- Resolve customer complaints within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for effective query resolution
- Maintain and update customer records in the system regularly
- Assist customers with documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement queries
- Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Handle customer queries via email, calls, and face-to-face interactions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have prior experience in Mortgage Loans (Home Loan & LAP)
