About The Role
We are seeking dedicated and professional Customer Support Associates to join our team at our Pune location, focusing on an International Voice Process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, primarily for international clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high standards of service quality. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced BPO environment, engaging with global clients and enhancing their communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
Candidates with an undergraduate or graduate degree are eligible to apply. Freshers are welcome, as well as graduates with prior experience in the International Voice and Chat BPO domain. Exceptional verbal communication skills in English are essential, along with a customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service and possess the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer issues accurately and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain high standards of communication, ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.

- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the designated systems.
