Are you a Support or Sales professional who knows the Shopify ecosystem inside out? Do you enjoy solving technical puzzles while helping merchants scale their revenue?
At COD King, we aren't just building an app; we are solving the #1 problem for Indian e-commerce: Return to Origin (RTO). We are looking for a Support & Sales Specialist to join our team and help our merchants master their checkout experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Consultative Sales: Guiding Shopify merchants on how to use Partial Payments and OTP verification to slash RTO.
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting Shopify API integrations and helping merchants set up custom checkout rules.
- Merchant Success: Ensuring brands like Aura Benaras and 500+ others get the maximum ROI from our suite.
The Checklist:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Technical Support or SaaS Sales. (This is a strict requirement).
- Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Shopify admin, apps, and general e-commerce logistics.
- Communication: Sharp, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
- Mindset: A problem-solver who doesn’t need a manual for everything.
Note to Freshers: We love the energy, but for this specific role, we require a minimum of 2 years of proven experience. Please sit this one out, but stay tuned for future junior openings!
