YourFarm Agritech is looking for a hardcore Tele Sales professional to join our team in Uttar Predesh
Languages: Hindi & English (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through high-volume outbound/inbound telecalling
- Convert leads into customers and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and objections effectively
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams and share market feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hardcore tele-sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Proficiency in Tamil & English
