Role Description
The Customer Service Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing customer support processes, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing excellent service through effective communication and phone etiquette. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, requiring close coordination with team members and stakeholders to achieve service excellence. The working territory is Punjab, HP, part of Haryana and Jammu.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service is essential.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to enhance Customer Experience.
- Out reach to customer and explain benefits of services and product thru ASP.
- Develop a growth model and optimise IB with providing upgrades to extend the product life.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is a plus.
