Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Specialist located in Pune Division. The role involves proactively managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Additionally, the specialist will support customers via phone, ensure excellent phone etiquette, and uphold exemplary customer service standards while promoting the company’s services and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proven track record in fostering Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Proficiency in professional Phone Etiquette and communication
- Ability to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division with a focus on building customer relationships
- Familiarity with logistics or customs clearance industries is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or communication are a plus
