Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon for a Customer Service Sales Representative. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying their needs, providing product information, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, emails, and chats, driving sales by understanding customer requirements, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to meet targets, provide feedback to improve service delivery, and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, upselling, and understanding customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills for effective handling of customer inquiries and sales tasks.
- Experience with CRM tools, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Adaptability and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to respond calmly and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
