Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Sales Representative role located in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include engaging with potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions through Mindenious's offerings. The representative will handle inquiries, drive customer retention, and support sales goals through a customer-focused approach. Collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and ensure high customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of this role.

- Sales and relationship-building skills to understand customer needs and drive conversions
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Organizational skills for managing multiple customer accounts and following up on leads
