Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller to support our Solar EPC business. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, and handling documentation related to solar projects and government portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads for residential and commercial solar projects
- Explain basic information about rooftop solar systems and government subsidy schemes
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate lead records
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and project closures
- Manage and update documentation on solar portals such as MNRE / PM Surya Ghar
- Handle DISCOM-related applications, forms, and follow-ups
- Maintain proper records of applications, approvals, and project status
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, online portals)
- Prior experience in telecalling or the solar industry is preferred
- Ability to manage documentation and follow structured processes
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Location Jaipur -Bani park.
