We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our outbound customer service and sales processes.
Job Role: Customer Service / Sales Executive (Outbound)
Location: Mumbai
Shift Timing: Day Shift (as per process requirement)
Week Off: Sunday / Rotational (depending on process)
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Freshers Experienced candidates can apply (as per process)
Prior experience in BPO / Sales is an added advantage
Excellent / Fluent communication skills in English
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Pitch products/services (sales process where applicable)
Maintain call quality and achieve targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Follow company guidelines and process training
Salary Benefits
Salary Range: 14,000 35,000 (In-hand)
CTC Range: 18,000 40,000 (depending on process experience)
Salary will be based on communication skills, experience, and interview performance
