Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in our Noida office. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer support, resolving concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The representative will prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining professionalism in every interaction and contributing to team goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Proven ability to achieve high Customer Satisfaction and address client concerns effectively
  • Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide consistent, reliable service
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent education; additional relevant certifications are a plus
