Role Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative - Voice to join our team. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. The role will also involve handling customer feedback to improve overall satisfaction and contributing to a positive brand reputation through client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer service, customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to enhance customer experience and effectively manage customer interactions
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of regional languages is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
