Job Title: International Voice Process - Night Shift - Sales
Job Overview
Looking for energetic and confident Sales Executives for our International Voice Process. The role involves interacting with Canadian clients and promoting tax-related financial services through outbound and inbound calls.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and a target-driven sales mindset. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with Canadian clients professionally.
- Promote and sell tax-related financial services over calls.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales status.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors to improve sales conversions.
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction and professional communication standards.
Eligibility Criteria
