Role Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries from customers, provide assistance and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer support needs, maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, and delivering exceptional service to foster positive relationships with clients. Collaboration with team members and other departments may be required to ensure effective resolution of client concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, including handling queries and providing solutions efficiently.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and maintaining a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to create positive engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
