Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Goregaon, Mumbai. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication with clients, assisting them with onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service quality standards. Engaging with customers via various communication channels, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Support skills, including problem resolution, empathy, and clear communication
- Ability to handle customer onboarding, product explanation, and troubleshooting
- 1-3 years only
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining detailed customer records
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer interactions effectively
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS platforms or software solutions is a plus
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required
