Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative Internship role based in Noida. The intern will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and accurate information about services and property solutions. Daily tasks include logging and tracking customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams, and following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. The role involves supporting prospective and existing clients with basic documentation, appointment scheduling, and coordination with sales or operations teams. The intern will also assist in gathering customer feedback, maintaining records in CRM tools or spreadsheets, and contributing ideas to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in customer-focused roles, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills.
- Ability to contribute to high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience during all interactions.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
- Good listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and patient approach to handling queries or concerns.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn CRM or support tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in commercial real estate or service-oriented roles; prior internship or project experience in customer-facing positions is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
