Role Description

The Customer Service Representative – Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The job holder will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by addressing healthcare insurance queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role requires effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with product-related queries, processing service requests, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. The candidate is expected to ensure a seamless customer experience while adhering to organizational policies and service standards.


About the Role

We are seeking experienced EPABX Executives to support hospital operations. This role involves managing all telecommunication activities, ensuring efficient call routing, and facilitating smooth communication between patients and hospital departments while maintaining high service quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information
  • Maintain detailed and accurate call logs and records
  • Manage emergency calls with urgency, clarity, and professionalism


Key Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, or customer support roles
  • Hands-on experience with EPABX systems and call handling processes
  • Strong communication skills


Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in hospital front desk or call center operations
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
