Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high standards of Customer Interaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively resolving customer concerns
- Ability to handle multiple customer issues simultaneously and maintain a positive demeanor
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and service processes is a plus
- Prior experience in the D2C or FMCG sector is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
