Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Gurugram. The CSR will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and support. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The role also involves assisting in enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and ensuring high levels of client retention
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, with a focus on maintaining professionalism
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Basic knowledge of logistics or transportation industries is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and communication tools is preferred
- Working experience in emailing process , outlook or etc.
