Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Mumbai office. The Customer Service Representative will engage with clients to address their needs, provide excellent customer support, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolve inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction effectively
- Proficiency in managing Customer Experience and ensuring superior service quality
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to professionally interact with clients
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement)
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the BPO sector is preferred but not mandatory
