Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative based in Mumbai, with work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving customer service concerns, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role involves collaborating closely with the sales and operations teams to maintain customer satisfaction and address client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience with Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in ensuring a positive Customer Experience and resolving client concerns efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer management tools is a plus
- Prior experience in the retail, food, or B2B industries is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
