Position: Customer Service Associate

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Male candidates preferred.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hindi
• Basic knowledge of English

Work Schedule:

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts (24×7 operations)
• Workdays: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned duties in accordance with defined process guidelines
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procedures
• Maintain effectiveness and professionalism while working in rotational shifts

This is a walk-in opportunity

Interview Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Interview Date: 1st April - 7th April
