Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries from customers, providing clear information about services, pricing, and bookings. The role includes logging service requests, coordinating with technicians, updating customers on appointment status, and resolving basic issues and complaints in a timely, professional manner. The representative will maintain accurate records in the CRM or service management system, follow standard operating procedures, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, contributing to service improvements, and supporting a positive, customer-centric culture.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, with experience in Customer Service and Customer Support.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and support an excellent Customer Experience.
- Previous experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar front-line support roles is an advantage.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Comfort with using phones, chat tools, and basic computer applications or CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including weekends or shifts as required.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional vocational or graduate education in any field is beneficial.
