Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, offering some flexibility to work remotely. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries through various communication channels, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, providing product information, handling feedback, and identifying solutions to enhance customer loyalty. You will collaborate closely with other teams to contribute to the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Experience and foster strong customer relationships
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
