Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on interview performance)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Delhi. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily responsibilities include managing phone calls, emails, and chats, assisting customers with orders, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills, including a strong ability to respond to inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Experience in fostering Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience through professional and empathetic interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a dynamic on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or retail environment is advantageous.
