Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, you will support customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will assist in improving customer experiences by effectively communicating, providing prompt resolutions, and maintaining accurate records. As a key liaison between customers and various internal departments, you will ensure service excellence and uphold the company’s commitment to client-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
- Ability to effectively manage Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
- Experience in handling complaints, queries, or concerns with professionalism and patience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
- Knowledge of the automotive industry will be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
