Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a atleast a graduate degree with excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and have the ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer interactions through calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns effectively
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up details
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve issues promptly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt
Preferred:
• Previous experience in international voice process is an added advantage
